FullContact Review 2026
Last reviewed September 2026 by Théo Pascard
Overview
FullContact is an identity-resolution company rather than a prospecting database. It takes the fragments you already hold — an email, a cookie, a phone, a partial profile — and resolves them to one persistent person or household identifier, then enriches that identity with demographic and professional attributes. Its buyers are martech and adtech teams doing customer recognition and audience work, not SDRs building lists: there is no search interface to prospect with, and nothing is sold self-serve. Every plan is quoted, and the pricing page now redirects to a contact form.

FAQ
Is FullContact a prospecting database?
No. It resolves and enriches identities you already hold; it is not a place to search for new contacts. Teams buying it for outbound list building are buying the wrong product.
How much does FullContact cost?
There is no public price. Their pricing page redirects to a contact form and every plan is quoted, which means the evaluation starts with a sales conversation.
What is identity resolution, concretely?
Taking several partial records that describe the same person — an email here, a cookie there, a phone number in the CRM — and tying them to one persistent identifier, so you stop treating one customer as four.
Can I use it for cold email?
Not usefully. It enriches identities you already have; the verified work emails and direct dials cold outreach needs come from a different kind of vendor.
Does it have a self-serve plan?
Not any more. The route is a contact form, then a quote.
