How we work

Measured, not claimed.

Every GTM agency calls itself data-driven. These are the five rules Enjyn actually runs on, each with the measurement that produced it, including the two that proved our own advice wrong.

01

We measure it before we advise it.

Every agency gates a list on seniority, company size or depth of ICP. We tested eleven of those attributes across our own campaigns, stratified by campaign and by sequence step so that a single good month could not carry the result. Not one of them separated from noise.

So we removed the gates, and published the table that says our own advice had been wrong.

11 / 0list attributes tested, none predicted a reply
02

We run it on our own pipeline first.

Nothing on this site is a theory. Every play ran on Enjyn’s own outbound before a client paid for it, which is also how the expensive problems surface early.

Five weeks, 2,705 prospects, the same copy and the same lists across two sending fleets. Our Google Workspace inboxes returned 15 human replies. Our Microsoft 365 inboxes returned none.

925 / 0emails sent from our own Microsoft 365 fleet, zero human replies
03

We write the limit next to the number.

Both studies above carry their sample size, their method, and what we could not rule out. When a finding rests on three deals, we say it rests on three deals instead of rounding it into a headline.

A number without its limit is marketing. It is also why most outbound benchmarks are useless to you.

04

Your budget only buys contacts that get sent.

Enrichment credits are the easiest place for an agency to spend your money badly: buy a large list, load it into a tool, send a third of it, bill for all of it.

We cap the queue at seven days. A campaign is never loaded with more stock than it can send in a week, because freshness is the second strongest effect we measured and it costs nothing.

×2.8reply rate for a lead emailed within 7 days versus after 30
05

We tell you when to stop.

That includes our own campaigns. We killed the campaign we had built on the EU AI Act the day its high-risk obligations slipped to December 2027, because a trigger without a live date is not a trigger.

And we steer on what happens after the meeting, not on reply rate. Reply rate only tells you whether the copy got past the first second.

Dec 2027the deadline moved, so the campaign built on it was dropped that week
