Careers

No open roles. One way in.

We hire rarely, and we hire operators: people who build the system, not people who work a queue. There is nothing to apply to today. When there is, we look first at whoever already showed us a play.

01

What the work actually is

  • You own a campaign end to end. The signal, the list, the copy, the sending infrastructure and the number it produces are one job, not five. Nobody hands you a list.
  • You build with code. Our campaigns are Python, public APIs and Claude Code, not a drag-and-drop tool. You will write and run scripts in your first week.
  • You publish what you measure. Findings go on this site with their sample size and their limits, including the ones that make us look wrong.
  • There is no layer between you and the decision. The team is two founders. You argue with them directly, and you are expected to.
02

Who it does not work for

  • You want a script, a quota, and someone to tell you which accounts to work.
  • You think growth is testing subject lines.
  • You need the answer to exist before you start. Most of what we run has no playbook yet. That is the job.

Send a play, not a CV

Pick one company you think we should be selling to. Send one email to gtm@enjyn.ai with three things.

  1. The signal. What changed at that company this quarter, and the URL that proves it. A persona is not a signal.
  2. The list. Where you would find the other 200 companies carrying the same signal, and what that source costs.
  3. The first message. Under 75 words, written for that one company.

No CV, no cover letter, no portfolio. If the play is good, you hear from us within a week. If you want to know what we will judge it against, read how we work first.

Send us a play.

One company, one signal with its URL, one message under 75 words. That is the whole application.
