Limadata Review 2026
Last reviewed July 2026 by Théo Pascard
Overview
Limadata sells B2B people and company data as APIs aimed at AI agents rather than at reps, with search, enrichment, job data and change signals behind roughly 50 endpoints. There is no UI: you reach it through REST, webhooks or an MCP server wired into Claude Code or Cursor. Credits are the unit and the rates are published: a work email or an enrichment costs 1 credit, a mobile number costs 10. Entry is $50/mo for 2,500 credits, and it is a named Apollo waterfall enrichment partner.

FAQ
What does a mobile number cost on Limadata?
10 credits, against 1 credit for a work email. At the $50 Starter rate that is $0.20 a mobile and $0.02 an email, dropping to $0.10 and $0.01 on the $200 Pro tier.
How many mobiles does the Starter plan really buy?
About 250. The plan advertises 2,500 credits, but at 10 credits a number that headline collapses on phone work. Price it on mobiles rather than on the credit count.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits do not. They reset at the start of each billing cycle. Auto top-up credits are the exception and stay usable through the end of the following cycle.
Does Limadata charge for a failed lookup?
It does not say. Nothing on the public site, pricing section or FAQ addresses billing on a miss, and the full API docs sit behind account signup. For a waterfall provider that is the single most important commercial term, so test it before you commit.
Does it integrate with Apollo or Clay?
Apollo yes, natively: Limadata is listed as an Apollo waterfall enrichment provider for phone, work email and personal email. Clay is named on Limadata's own site but there is no Clay-side listing, so treat that as a generic HTTP call rather than a native connector.
