The honest take

Where it breaks

On evidence. Public reviews are thin, 7 on G2, and pre-warmed mailboxes shorten the ramp-up without replacing reputation work, so deliverability still comes down to your volume, lists and copy.

The verdict

A convenient way to buy ready-to-send Google and Microsoft mailboxes with the setup done for you, at a competitive price per mailbox. Start on a small plan and measure placement on your own traffic before you scale.

FAQ

How much does Zapmail cost?

Starter is $39 a month for 10 Google mailboxes, Growth $99 for 30 and Pro $299 for 100, all billed monthly, with extra mailboxes from $3.00 to $3.50 each. Microsoft 365 mailboxes are priced separately.

What does pre-warmed mean in practice?

The mailboxes arrive with sending history, so you skip most of the warm-up wait. Reputation still depends on your daily volume, your lists and your copy: pre-warming shortens the ramp-up, it does not replace it.

Should I buy Google or Microsoft mailboxes for cold email?

Measure before you scale. Our Microsoft 365 cold email research found 0 human replies from 925 prospects on Microsoft 365 inboxes, against 15 from 1,780 on Google Workspace, with clean authentication on both sides.

Which sequencers does Zapmail work with?

It connects to 50+ outreach tools, including Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox, Reply and lemlist.

Does Zapmail have reviews?

Only a handful: 7 reviews on G2 at 3.9/5 when we checked, too few to publish a market rating.

What are the best Zapmail alternatives?

Maildoso for cheap SMTP mailboxes at volume, Hypertide for Microsoft-heavy sending, and Mailreef for managed sending infrastructure.
