Maildoso

Low-cost cold email mailboxes on Maildoso's own SMTP servers

Overview

Maildoso sells cold email infrastructure at volume. Instead of reselling Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats, it runs mailboxes on its own SMTP servers and IPs, rotates IPs, sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you, runs placement tests every three days and scores each mailbox's health. Mailboxes export to sequencers such as Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy and Apollo. Pricing is what sets it apart: $75 a month for 30 mailboxes and $499 for 1,000, plus $12 a year per domain.

The honest take

Where it breaks

On infrastructure fit and support. Mailboxes run on Maildoso's own servers rather than Google or Microsoft, a minority of reviewers report deliverability issues and slow support, and some find the billing structure confusing.

The verdict

One of the cheapest ways to run cold email across hundreds of mailboxes, with setup, DNS and placement monitoring handled for you. Test inbox placement on your own market first, since the SMTP infrastructure is Maildoso's rather than Google's or Microsoft's.

Monthly plans are $75 for 30 mailboxes, $225 for 300 and $499 for 1,000, with domains at $12 a year. At the top plan that is about $0.50 per mailbox.

Are Maildoso mailboxes Google or Microsoft?

Neither. They run on Maildoso's own SMTP servers, which is how it keeps the price per mailbox low. If your market filters strictly on sender infrastructure, test placement before you scale.

How many emails can I send per Maildoso mailbox?

Maildoso recommends around 15 cold emails a day per mailbox, so volume comes from the number of mailboxes rather than from each one.

What are Maildoso's weak spots?
