Overview
VoiceDrop drops pre-recorded or AI-generated voicemails straight into a prospect's voicemail box without ringing the phone, then lets you follow up by SMS from the same workspace. You clone your own voice from about 30 seconds of audio, and each message can be personalized with variables such as first name or company, so a rep can leave thousands of individual-sounding voicemails without dialing. Campaigns include phone validation, do-not-call scrubbing, retries on failed drops and callback tracking, and you are billed only for delivered voicemails. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Apollo, Clay and Kixie, plus Zapier, Make and an API. Plans are billed in voice units: an AI voicemail costs one unit, a static recording half a unit. It sits next to a dialer rather than replacing one.

How much does VoiceDrop cost?
Budget is $95 a month for 500 voice units, about 1,000 ringless voicemails. Individual is $495 (about 13,000), Growth $995 (about 30,000) and Scale $1,995 (about 80,000). Enterprise is custom. The free trial includes $20 of credits, roughly 200 voicemails, and plans are month to month.
What is a voice unit?
One AI-personalized voicemail uses one unit, covering 150 to 500 characters of script; a static pre-recorded voicemail uses half a unit. Unused units roll over for 90 days, and you pay only for voicemails that were delivered.
Is VoiceDrop a phone dialer?
No. It leaves messages in voicemail boxes and sends SMS, but it does not place live calls. Most teams run it next to a dialer such as Kixie, JustCall or PhoneBurner, as an extra touch in a sequence.
Is ringless voicemail legal?
In the US, the FCC ruled in 2022 that ringless voicemails are calls under the TCPA, so prerecorded or AI-voiced drops generally need the recipient's prior consent. VoiceDrop provides do-not-call scrubbing and compliance tooling, but consent is your responsibility, and rules differ outside the US. Check with counsel before running cold lists.
Does VoiceDrop have reviews?
Its G2 and Capterra pages had no reviews when we checked. Trustpilot showed 3.6 out of 5 on 27 reviews, which is too thin to publish a market rating.
