ConnectAndSell Review 2026
Last reviewed September 2026 by Théo Pascard
ConnectAndSell
Live agents dial through the gatekeepers, your reps take the conversations
Overview
ConnectAndSell sells conversations rather than dials. Its agents and software work through the list — voicemails, gatekeepers, wrong numbers — and hand the rep only the calls where a decision-maker is on the line, with AI coaching, transcription and pipeline attribution around it. That makes it a different animal from the parallel dialers it is compared with: the connecting is done by people as well as machines. It is now listed on G2 under Banzai International, rates 4.3 on 234 reviews with fresh ones from 2026, and publishes plan names but no prices — everything is seat-based and quoted.

FAQ
How much does ConnectAndSell cost?
There is no public price. Plans are seat-based — you pay for the users who need access — with no consumption fees, and the figures come from sales. A free one-day guided test drive is offered before buying.
How is it different from a parallel dialer like Orum or Nooks?
A parallel dialer calls several numbers at once and connects the rep when someone answers. ConnectAndSell adds live agents who work through gatekeepers and voicemails, so the rep is handed a decision-maker rather than whoever picked up.
What do users complain about?
Call quality. The recurring cons on G2 are call issues, delays when a connection is handed over, slow loading and integration problems — small counts, but they all point at the moment the call reaches the rep.
Who owns ConnectAndSell?
Its G2 listing names Banzai International, Inc. as the seller. The product and domain keep the ConnectAndSell name.
Is there training?
Yes, sold separately as Flight School: four instructor-led sessions of three hours for up to five reps.
