Success.ai

Contact database, AI-written cold email and warm-up on one subscription

Overview

Success.ai bundles a 700M-contact database, AI-written cold email campaigns, inbox warm-up, a unified inbox and a light deal pipeline into one self-serve subscription. Every plan carries the full platform; what changes is two numbers — monthly tokens, spent on revealing and enriching contacts and on AI, and monthly email volume. Its G2 record is unusually one-sided: 4.8 on 276 reviews, 253 of them five stars. The same reviews make learning the tool the most cited complaint, which sits oddly next to ease of use as the top praise — expect a fast start and a longer road to the advanced features.

The honest take

Where it breaks

The all-in-one is the limit as much as the pitch: each part is thinner than the tool a specialist would pick, and users name missing features and limited customisation among their complaints. Tokens, not the headline database, cap how much data you can actually use each month. The Lite plan's 5,000 emails will not carry a real outbound motion. And a rating where 253 of 276 reviews are five stars is too uniform to tell you where the tool struggles — the cons list does that better than the score.

The verdict

A sensible starting kit for a founder or a small team that wants contacts, copy and sending under one login and one bill. Read the tokens, not the database size, when you pick a plan, and plan to move the sending to dedicated infrastructure once volume makes deliverability the priority.

FAQ

How much does Success.ai cost?

Lite is $49 a month, Starter $99 and Pro $199, or $37, $74 and $149 a month billed yearly, with 10% off on quarterly billing. Enterprise is quoted.

Is the database really unlimited?

Look-ups are unlimited; revealing contact details is not. Reveals, enrichment and AI all draw on the monthly token allowance — 2,000 on Lite, 6,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Pro — so the tokens are the real limit.

How many emails can I send?

5,000 a month on Lite with warm-up on 10 accounts, 50,000 on Starter with unlimited warm-up, 150,000 on Pro, and unlimited on Enterprise.

Why is it rated 4.8 but criticised for its learning curve?

Both come from the same reviews: users praise how quickly they start, and the most cited cons are the learning curve and learning difficulty. The simple path is simple; getting value from the rest takes time.

Does it replace Instantly or Apollo?

It overlaps with both — a sender like Instantly and a database like Apollo — in one subscription. The trade is depth: each piece is thinner than the specialist it replaces.
