Databar

Multi-provider data enrichment with waterfall lookups, AI research and an API

Overview

Databar is a data enrichment workspace for go-to-market teams. It puts many third-party data providers behind one subscription and one credit system, so you fill columns in a spreadsheet-style table instead of managing separate vendor accounts. The vendor cites between 100+ and 160+ data sources depending on the page. A waterfall tries providers in turn until one returns a verified answer, and an AI researcher reads the live web for anything the providers miss, returning results with citations. Tables sync two-way with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Attio, and are also reachable through a REST API, a CLI and an MCP server. Requests that return no data are not charged. It targets GTM, RevOps and agency teams, not buyers who only need an email finder.

Who it's for

  • →GTM and RevOps teams that want many data providers behind one subscription and one credit meter
  • →Agencies enriching lists for several clients, with batch runs of up to 100,000 rows on Scale
  • →Teams on HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio that want a two-way table sync
  • →Technical teams that want enrichment from an API, CLI or MCP server, or their own custom APIs

Not for

Buyers who only need verified emails and phones and want a simple price per result · Teams that want a per-lookup credit cost before buying: the pricing page lists none · Anyone who needs a large review base: G2 shows 11 reviews and Capterra shows none · Small teams on a tight budget: the entry plan is 99 USD a month for 5,000 credits

The honest take

Where it breaks

On the learning curve and on forecasting cost. G2 reviewers tag Learning Curve (2), Overwhelming (1), Learning Difficulty (1), Inaccurate Data (1) and Credit System (1), and with 11 reviews each tag is one or two voices. The pricing page lists credits per plan but no credit cost per lookup, so you cannot estimate spend without running a sample. The entry plan is 99 USD for 5,000 credits, monthly credits roll over for one month only, and the next step up is 495 USD. Build is capped at 3 workspace editors, 5 custom APIs and 5 simultaneous requests. The vendor's source count also changes by page: 100+, over 120 and 160+. This is a workspace to learn and configure, not a one-click finder, so budget setup time.

The verdict

Databar fits a GTM or RevOps team that wants many data providers, waterfall logic and an AI researcher in one table. It runs on a single credit meter with no charge for empty results. It is a workspace to learn, not a quick finder. With only 11 G2 reviews and no per-lookup credit prices, run the 100 free credits on a real list. Estimate the cost per filled row before you pay 99 USD a month.

FAQ

How much does Databar cost?

Build is 99 USD a month for 5,000 credits and Scale is 495 USD a month for 50,000 credits, both billed monthly. Enterprise is custom and sold through sales. Each workspace gets 100 free trial credits. The page offers annual billing at 12% less, and monthly credits roll over for one month. Prices were read on the vendor's pricing page in October 2026.

Does Databar charge for failed or empty lookups?

The vendor says it charges only for successful API requests, not for requests that return no data or an error. Its homepage adds that waterfall misses cost nothing. The pricing page does not list a credit cost per lookup, so test a small sample to see how many credits a filled row uses.

Does Databar have enough reviews for a rating?

Not yet. In October 2026 Databar had 11 reviews on G2 with a 5.0 out of 5 average, and a Capterra listing with no reviews. That is too thin to publish as a market rating, our threshold being two independent platforms or fifty reviews. G2 reviewers mention customer support (5), ease of use (4) and helpfulness (3), and flag a learning curve (2).

How many data providers does Databar have?

The vendor's own pages give different figures: 100+ data sources in the homepage headline, over 120 providers on the pricing page and 160+ live providers further down the homepage. Treat these as vendor claims and check that the providers you need are listed.

Does Databar sync with my CRM?

Yes. The vendor lists two-way sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Attio, and push to Salesforce, Close and outreach tools. Data also leaves through a REST API, a CLI, Google Sheets and a hosted MCP server.

What are the best Databar alternatives?

Clay is the closest match: programmatic enrichment and prospecting workflows with a large ecosystem. BetterContact is a narrower waterfall for emails and phones that bills only valid hits. Airscale combines list building and waterfall enrichment on rollover credits.
