Crono

Crono

All-in-one sales engagement with built-in data and AI agents

Overview

Crono is a sales engagement platform that puts multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls), contact data and CRM sync in one workspace. Each seat comes with mailboxes and credits for its email and mobile finder, it syncs in real time with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, and plugs into Aircall and Ringover for calling. An optional add-on adds AI agents that build sequences from signals, personalize messages and prep meetings. Pricing is per seat and in euros: €79 per user per month on Pro and €119 on Ultra, billed annually, with a two- and five-seat minimum.

The honest take

Where it breaks

On scale and flexibility. Reviewers report slowdowns and occasional bugs at high volume, workflow customization is limited, and mailbox caps per seat make it a poor fit for high-volume cold email rotation.

The verdict

A well-rated, easy all-in-one for small and mid-size SDR teams that want sequences, data and CRM sync without stitching tools together. Seat minimums rule out solo users, and volume cold email teams will outgrow its mailbox limits.

FAQ

How much does Crono cost?

Pro is €79 per user per month and Ultra €119, both billed annually, with a minimum of two and five users. Enterprise is custom, and the AI agent add-on starts at €99 a month.

Does Crono include contact data?

Yes. Each plan includes monthly credits for its email finder and mobile number finder, and you can buy more inside the app: 100 email credits from €10, 100 mobile credits from €50.

What do users like about Crono?

It holds 4.7/5 on G2 from 115 reviews. Reviewers most often praise how easy it is to use, the responsive support and the clean interface.

What are Crono's weak spots?

Some reviewers report slow loading at high volume and occasional bugs, and a few want more control over workflow customization.

Is Crono good for cold email at scale?

It is built as a sales engagement hub rather than a volume cold email tool: Pro includes three mailboxes per user and Ultra ten. Teams rotating many sending domains usually pair a dedicated sender with their CRM instead.

What are the best Crono alternatives?

lemlist and Reply.io for multichannel sequences with built-in data, La Growth Machine for LinkedIn-led multichannel, and Outreach or Salesloft for larger sales orgs.
