Skipcall

French 4-line parallel dialer and business phone system, hosted in France

Overview

Skipcall is a French calling platform that puts company telephony and an outbound dialer in the same tool. Its parallel dialer opens up to four lines at once, but only for a rep who is already free, so no call is ever placed with nobody to answer it. AI screens out voicemail greetings, invalid numbers and switchboards, and the first human answer is handed to the rep while the other lines drop. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised from the entry prospecting plan, then pushed in real time to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio. What sets it apart in a category dominated by quote-on-request US vendors: the price grid is published, it starts at a single licence with no seat minimum, the infrastructure is hosted in France, and a multi-plan option lets each team member sit on a different plan under one invoice. The company states more than 800,000 calls a month on the platform.

Who it's for

  • French and European SDR teams that want a parallel dialer with EU hosting and GDPR-native processing
  • Small teams, founders and solo sellers: one licence is enough, and the price is published
  • Teams on HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Attio that want calls logged on the record with recording, transcript and summary
  • Companies that want one vendor for both company telephony and outbound dialing, with a different plan per role

Not for

Buyers who require an established base of independent reviews before signing: there is none yet · High-volume call centres that want predictive dialing beyond four lines, typically from 20 agents up · Teams calling mostly outside the twelve countries included in the base plan · US-centric teams that want a US-based vendor, US support hours and US-hosted data

Capabilities

  • Parallel dialer: up to 4 lines dialled at once, only for an available rep (no abandoned calls by design)
  • Power dialer: automatic dialing, one number at a time
  • AI voicemail screening, plus invalid numbers and switchboards, at a vendor-stated 95% accuracy
  • Call recording, transcription and AI summaries, included from the Starter plan with no paid add-on
  • Business VoIP: landline and mobile numbers, 12 countries in the base plan, 160 more on request
  • SMS from your own numbers, and pre-recorded voicemail drop
  • Native two-way CRM sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio (outcome, recording, transcript, summary)
  • Open, documented REST API, plus Zapier, Make and n8n for everything without a native connector
  • Calling sequences, dated task management, a pre-CRM contact list and a performance dashboard
  • Phone and email enrichment in one click, as a credit-based add-on
  • Multi-plan: a different plan per team member on a single invoice
  • iOS and Android apps with every call logged
  • MCP connector to query call data from an AI assistant (announced, marked coming soon)

The honest take

Where it breaks

On track record, not on the product. The independent review base is close to nonexistent: a G2 profile carrying 5.0 out of 5 on three reviews in September 2026, nothing on Capterra or Trustpilot, and the vendor’s own reviews page still saying no customer review was published yet. Three reviews on one platform do not make a market rating, which is why this fiche publishes none. So the headline numbers, four parallel lines, 95% voicemail-detection accuracy, the fastest connection on the market and 800,000 calls a month, are the vendor’s own claims, and you buy on a demo rather than on a history. Test connect rate and audio quality on your own list before rolling it out. Watch the metering too: a conversation is any call over ten seconds, and only the Expert plan makes them unlimited, so a heavy dialing week costs more than the licence line. Enrichment is a credit add-on on top. Only four CRMs are native; the rest of a stack goes through the API or Zapier, Make and n8n. And the entry plan at 25 EUR carries no dialer at all, which makes the real price of the parallel dialer 75 EUR a licence. Like every dialer, it multiplies an existing calling motion rather than creating one.

The verdict

For a French or European team that wants a genuine parallel dialer with a published price, no seat minimum and data hosted in France, Skipcall is the most direct answer in a category where the well-known vendors quote on request and host in the US. The trade is maturity: no independent reviews yet, and performance claims you cannot check from outside. Buy a month on Starter, run it on your own list, and judge it on conversations per hour before you commit a team to the annual rate.

FAQ

How much does Skipcall cost?

Prices are published per licence per month: 25 EUR for Business VoIP, 75 EUR for Starter, 150 EUR for Intermediate and 280 EUR for Expert, billed monthly, or 22, 60, 120 and 210 EUR respectively on an annual commitment. Enterprise is quote-based from six licences. The dialer starts at the Starter plan, so 25 EUR is the price of the phone system, not of the dialer.

How many lines does the Skipcall parallel dialer run?

Up to four numbers at the same time, and only when a rep is free to take the call. That is the difference with a predictive dialer, which places more calls than it has available reps and can leave a prospect hearing silence. Skipcall cannot produce that abandoned call by design.

Does Skipcall have reviews?

Barely. Its G2 profile showed 5.0 out of 5 on three reviews in September 2026, and it was listed on neither Capterra nor Trustpilot. Three reviews on a single platform is too thin to publish as a market rating, our threshold being two independent platforms or fifty reviews, so this fiche carries none. The performance figures on it come from the vendor and have not been verified by us.

Which CRMs does Skipcall integrate with?

Four natively: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Attio, with the call outcome, recording, transcript and AI summary landing on the record in real time. Everything else goes through the open REST API or an automation platform such as Zapier, Make or n8n.

Where is the data hosted?

In France, with a French cloud provider, which puts processing under the GDPR and European law. The vendor publishes its list of sub-processors. Several well-funded parallel dialers in this category are American and do not publish their hosting region.

What are the best Skipcall alternatives?

CloudTalk is the other European cloud phone system with a published price and dialer add-ons. Aircall suits teams that want a broader business phone platform with a large integration catalogue. Nooks and Orum are the US parallel dialers with more AI coaching around the call, but they quote on request.
