Scrupp

LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Apollo export with email and phone lookup

Overview

Scrupp is a Chrome extension and web app that exports leads from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Apollo searches and adds emails and phone numbers to each row. You paste a search URL or click Export in the extension. Then you download a CSV or XLSX, or push the rows to a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. It also enriches an uploaded CSV and offers a REST API. Pricing is credit-based: 1 credit per exported lead, plus 1 for an email found and 2 for a phone. The vendor states more than 100,000 accounts created and 64M+ leads exported. A Sales Navigator subscription is bought separately. G2 shows 30 reviews at 4.5 out of 5.

Who it's for

  • →SDRs, agencies and recruiters who build lists from Sales Navigator or Apollo searches
  • →Founders who want a small monthly plan, from 29 USD, and 100 free credits to test it
  • →Teams that push exported leads to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Clay or a cold email sender
  • →Teams that want to enrich an existing CSV with emails and phones at 1 and 2 credits each

Not for

Teams that cannot run extraction through their own LinkedIn account, for risk or policy reasons · Buyers who want one flat price per contact: emails and phones are billed on top of the lead · Teams without a Sales Navigator seat who need Sales Navigator filters: the plan does not include one · Buyers who need broad independent proof: there are 30 G2 reviews and no Capterra listing

The honest take

Where it breaks

On the LinkedIn account behind it, and on credit math. The extension works through your own LinkedIn session, and that use falls under LinkedIn's terms. The vendor's FAQ says its throttling reduces the risk of a blocked account, not that it removes it. Its pages also differ on how it runs: the homepage describes extraction inside your browser, the pricing FAQ says scraping runs in the cloud with your cookies. G2 reviewers tag Software Bugs (3), Billing Issues (3), Poor Customer Support (2) and Limited Features (2). A lead with email and phone costs 4 credits. The vendor states a 36% email find rate. If that holds on your list, a found email costs about 3.8 credits, by our arithmetic. You also need your own Sales Navigator seat.

The verdict

Scrupp is a low-cost way to turn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn or Apollo searches into lists with emails and phones, from 29 USD a month. G2 reviewers like how quickly it starts. The costs are exposure on your own LinkedIn account, a credit meter that adds up field by field, and a thin review base. Try the 100 free credits on one real search, work out the credits per found email, and decide whether the LinkedIn risk suits you.

FAQ

How much does Scrupp cost?

Prices were read on the vendor's pricing page in October 2026. Monthly plans: 1,000 credits for 29 USD. 2,000 for 39 USD. 5,000 for 59 USD. 10,000 for 99 USD. 20,000 for 169 USD. 50,000 for 329 USD. 100,000 for 499 USD. Yearly billing is 25% cheaper. A free plan gives 100 credits a month. One-time packs start at 35 USD for 1,000 credits and never expire. A Sales Navigator seat is a separate purchase.

What does a Scrupp credit buy?

A lead export costs 1 credit, an email found adds 1 and a phone delivered adds 2, so a lead with both costs 4. The export charge still applies when no email or phone is found. CSV enrichment costs 1 per email found and 2 per phone, and the API email lookup costs 1 credit per request even when no email is found.

Does Scrupp have reviews?

Some. In October 2026 Scrupp had a 4.5 out of 5 rating on G2 from 30 reviews and no Capterra listing. Thirty reviews on a single platform is too thin to publish as a market rating, our threshold being two independent platforms or fifty reviews. G2 reviewers credit ease of use (8), time savings (5), easy setup (5) and effective results (5), and flag software bugs (3) and billing issues (3).

Do I need Sales Navigator to use Scrupp?

For Sales Navigator exports, yes. The plan pays for exports and enrichment and does not include LinkedIn's subscription, so you need your own seat or one bought through Scrupp. The vendor says a free LinkedIn account works for basic LinkedIn exports, and Apollo exports need no Sales Navigator seat.

Is Scrupp safe for my LinkedIn account?

The vendor says it throttles requests and only reads what your logged-in session already shows. Its FAQ also says the risk is reduced, not removed, and tells users to follow platform rules. Extraction runs through your own LinkedIn account, so LinkedIn's terms apply to how you use it.

What are the best Scrupp alternatives?

Evaboot is the closest match: a Sales Navigator scraper with email finding and verification. Wiza turns Sales Navigator searches into verified email lists and has a free plan. Phantombuster suits teams that want broader automation across many platforms.
