Scalelist Review 2026
Last reviewed September 2026 by Théo Pascard
Overview
Scalelist pulls leads out of LinkedIn — via a Chrome extension or from your own spreadsheets — and finds their work emails and mobile numbers on the same credit balance. The pricing is deliberately simple: one credit per lead extracted, one per email found, twenty for a mobile, sold in monthly packs from $99 for 5,000. Its public record is thin and flattering, twelve G2 reviews all at five stars, so treat the rating as an early signal rather than a verdict and test the match rate on your own list before committing a month.

FAQ
How much does Scalelist cost?
From $99 per month for 5,000 credits, with two months free on yearly billing and 20 free credits to test. Above 100,000 credits it is quoted.
What does a credit buy?
One lead extracted or one email found costs one credit; a mobile number costs twenty. So a list of 1,000 contacts with emails is roughly 2,000 credits, and the same list with mobiles is an entirely different budget.
Is a 5.0 rating on G2 a good sign?
It is a young signal, not a verdict. Twelve reviews all at five stars tells you early users are happy and nothing about how the data holds up at volume. Run it on a few hundred of your own contacts and measure the hit rate yourself.
Does it replace a B2B database?
No. It works from LinkedIn searches and your own files rather than from a searchable database, so it is a capture layer, not a source you can query by firmographics.
Can I send from it?
No. It finds and enriches; the sending belongs to a cold email platform.
