Anymail Finder

Anymail Finder

Email finder that bills only for verified emails, with bulk, API and extension

Overview

Anymail Finder is a B2B email finder that checks each address live against the recipient's mail server before it charges you. You can search by name and company, domain, company name, decision-maker role or LinkedIn URL. Searches run one at a time, from a CSV or Excel file of up to 100,000 rows, or through a REST API. Per its pricing page, a search that returns no verified email is free, and a verified email that bounces is credited back after review. Plans are monthly credit bundles from 26 EUR for 400 credits to 719 EUR for 100,000, with unlimited team members on a shared pool. The vendor says it also confirms catch-all addresses that other tools mark risky. It is a finder, not a database: you bring the target.

The honest take

Where it breaks

On price at small volume, and on proof that sits with the vendor. Plans start at 26 EUR for 400 credits, which is 0.065 EUR a credit, and a decision-maker search costs 2 credits, so entry volumes are pricey per contact. The rate only falls to 0.007 EUR at 100,000 credits. The accuracy figures, 86.4% coverage and 98.9% accuracy, come from the vendor's own 14-tool benchmark, and its catch-all claims are the vendor's too. G2 shows no tagged pros and cons, so reviews say little about misses or support. It is a finder, not a database: you bring the person, the company or the LinkedIn URL. The pages read list no phone numbers. If you cancel, unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period.

The verdict

Anymail Finder fits a team that already knows who it wants to reach and pays only for emails that pass live verification. It links into Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n and Clay. Small plans cost more per credit, the pages read show no phone lookup, and the accuracy numbers come from its own benchmark. Test it on a sample of your own list and compare the cost per verified email with other pay-per-hit finders.
