Quick answer

Waalaxy runs LinkedIn and email sequences from a Chrome extension with ready-made sequences and a free plan; paid plans are 19, 49 and 69 EUR a month per user. Linked Helper is a desktop application with multi-step campaigns and a built-in CRM, priced at $29.90 (Standard) and $59.90 (Pro) a month on its cloud-storage version. Pick Waalaxy to start in minutes with a free plan. Pick Linked Helper if you want more control over campaign logic at a low price and accept an app that stays running.

Pick Waalaxy if

  • You are solo or a small team and want to start in minutes
  • You want a free plan and ready-made sequences
  • You want email steps in the same tool on the Business plan

Where it breaks. At team/agency scale: it's single-user and extension-based, so it can't rotate many sender accounts the way a dedicated agency tool does, and costs/limits climb per seat.

Pick Linked Helper if

  • You want deeper campaign logic and a built-in CRM
  • The lowest price per account matters
  • You can keep a desktop app running

Where it breaks. Linked Helper is a single-channel desktop tool: it only does LinkedIn, it has to stay running on a machine to operate, and the interface is dated with a meaningful learning curve. Because it automates prohibited actions, scaling volume directly increases the chance of account restriction.

Our take. We run Waalaxy for solo and early-stage LinkedIn motions, and we tested Linked Helper hands-on. Waalaxy is the easier start: little onboarding, a real free plan, and a larger review base. Linked Helper is cheaper and gives you more control, but the interface is dated, there is a learning curve, and the app has to stay running on a machine to work. Its pricing page also serves a local-storage variant at lower prices depending on the visit, so check which version you are quoted. Both automate actions LinkedIn restricts, so cap daily volume and warm new accounts. Neither does multi-account sender rotation, and at agency scale we move clients to a tool built for it.

Frequently asked questions

Which is cheaper?

Linked Helper's local-storage version lists at $15 for Standard; the cloud version is $29.90. Waalaxy's Pro is 19 EUR a month and its Free plan costs nothing. The currencies and plan limits differ.

Does either have a free plan?

Waalaxy has a free tier with limited LinkedIn invites. Linked Helper offers a 14-day free trial with full access.

Can they handle email?

Waalaxy adds cold email and an email finder on its Business plan. Linked Helper is single-channel, LinkedIn only.

Is either safe for my LinkedIn account?

Both automate actions that LinkedIn's terms restrict, so restrictions are a real risk. Keep volumes low and warm new accounts.

Still torn between the two?

We run outbound stacks for B2B teams and pick tools by what they cost per result, not by the pitch.
