Snitcher vs RB2B

Two website visitor identification tools. One names the company; the other tries to name the person, in the US.

Quick answer

Snitcher identifies the companies visiting your site and scales its price with the number identified, from $49 a month for up to 50 companies, all features included and no seat fees. RB2B is US-focused and pushes visitors into Slack in real time: the free plan stays at company level with 150 resolutions a month, person-level identification starts at $79 a month, and business emails and CRM integrations start at $149. Pick Snitcher for company-level intent outside a US-only audience. Pick RB2B if your buyers are in the US and a named person in Slack is the signal you want.

Pick Snitcher if

  • Your traffic is international or European and company-level intent is enough
  • You want all features and unlimited team members without seat fees
  • You want a G2 score of 4.8 behind the choice

Where it breaks. Visitor ID only works if you have B2B traffic worth identifying, and it reveals companies rather than named buyers, so you still need contact data and outreach to act. Consent rules apply in some regions.

Pick RB2B if

  • Your buyers are in the US
  • Reps live in Slack and want visitors pushed there in real time
  • You want to test a free company-level feed before paying

Where it breaks. Outside the US, where coverage drops; on the free plan, which names companies rather than people; and when treated as more than a signal — filtering and data-accuracy gaps show up, and it doesn't store data or send outreach.

Our take. We tested Snitcher and run RB2B. Both are signals, not databases or sequencers, so each needs enrichment and outreach behind it to be worth the subscription. RB2B's free plan now stops at company level, so the free person-level tier that once made it an easy yes is gone; it is still a cheap way to watch a week of traffic before paying. Its coverage drops outside the US, which is where Snitcher's company-level approach holds up better. Snitcher shows companies rather than named buyers, and consent rules apply in some regions. The deciding question is where your visitors are and whether a company name is enough to trigger a play.
