The unit price is almost identical once you are past the first pack, and the real difference shows on the addresses neither can settle: a verifier that returns fewer unknowns but calls more catch-alls valid is not cheaper, it is riskier, and you pay for it in bounces. The review gap is worth noting too — 29 reviews against a thousand is a real difference in how much outside evidence you have, even when the tool is good. What neither will do is save a list that was badly sourced: verification removes the dead addresses, it does not make the live ones want to hear from you.

Will either improve my deliverability?
Only the part that comes from bad addresses. Verification lowers your bounce rate; it does nothing about your domain reputation, your sending setup or your copy. We have watched clean lists land in spam on all three of those.
Can they find email addresses too?
No. Both verify a list you already have. Finding is a different purchase.
