Pipecorn

Waterfall emails and mobiles from 100+ providers, with signals, API and MCP

Overview

Pipecorn, called ProntoHQ until its 2026 rebrand, is a B2B data platform for outbound teams. You search companies and people, or import them from a Chrome extension, and a waterfall runs each contact through more than 100 data providers until one returns a verified work email or mobile number. A verified email costs 3 credits and a mobile 30; the vendor says misses are not billed and that searching and previewing a segment are free. Higher plans add buying signals such as hiring, job changes and new hires, plus CRM sync. Everything is also reachable by REST API and an MCP server, so a list can be built from Claude. The public record is still thin: 5 G2 reviews, all five stars and all from September 2026, plus 4 on the former ProntoHQ page.

Who it's for

  • →Outbound teams and agencies that want emails and mobiles from many providers under one subscription
  • →Teams that call prospects and need mobile numbers, not only emails
  • →GTM engineers who build lists through an API or from Claude over MCP
  • →Small teams starting on the free plan before committing

Not for

Buyers who need a long public review record before choosing a data vendor · Teams that only want emails at the lowest cost per contact · Teams looking for a sequencer: Pipecorn finds contacts, it does not send · Large phone volumes on the Build plan, where 3,000 credits buy only 100 mobiles

The honest take

Where it breaks

The public record is thin. Pipecorn has 5 G2 reviews, all five stars and all written in September 2026, plus 4 on the old ProntoHQ page, so no market rating can be drawn yet and quality has to be judged on a sample of your own leads. Mobile numbers cost ten times an email: Build buys 1,000 emails or 100 mobiles a month. Signals, job change alerts and CRM integrations start on Grow at $149 a month, and export and import caps apply whatever credits you hold. Reviewers also ask for more documentation, notably on the API and its daily limits.

The verdict

Pipecorn puts a 100+ provider waterfall for emails and mobile numbers, buying signals and an MCP server behind one credit system, with a free plan to test it. The offer is complete, but the product is young under its new name and its reviews are too few to rate. Run your own sample through the free plan and compare hit rates with an established waterfall before moving volume to it.

FAQ

How much does Pipecorn cost?

There is a free plan with 150 credits a month. Paid monthly, Build costs $49 for 3,000 credits or $99 for 6,000, Grow runs from $149 for 9,000 credits to $399 for 27,000, and Scale from $699 for 48,000 credits to $5,399 for 540,000. Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve, so Build starts at $41 a month. Larger volumes are quoted. Prices were read on the vendor's pricing page in October 2026, at every step of the volume selector.

How do Pipecorn credits work?

A verified email costs 3 credits and a mobile number costs 30, so the 3,000 credits of the Build plan buy 1,000 emails or 100 mobiles. The vendor says a miss costs nothing and that bounces and invalid numbers are not billed. Plans also cap leads exported and companies imported each month, and buying more credits does not raise those caps.

Is Pipecorn the same as ProntoHQ?

Yes. ProntoHQ renamed itself Pipecorn in 2026; the pricing page carries the rebrand notice and G2 lists the product as Pipecorn, formerly ProntoHQ. The old ProntoHQ page on G2 still shows 4 reviews of its own.

Does Pipecorn have an API or an MCP server?

Yes, on every plan including the free one. The rate limit grows with the plan: low on Build, medium on Grow, high on Scale. Two of the G2 reviewers mention working from Claude through the MCP server; one also asks for better API documentation and clearer daily rate limits.

What do G2 reviewers say about Pipecorn?

The 5 reviews on the Pipecorn page are all five stars and all dated September 2026, which is too few to read as a market rating. Reviewers praise ease of use, mobile number coverage, speed and onboarding by the founder. The criticisms are thinner documentation, including API docs and rate limits, and one reviewer who wanted more volume for the price.

What are the best Pipecorn alternatives?

FullEnrich is the closest match: a waterfall for emails and mobile numbers with an established review record. BetterContact is another waterfall that bills only valid results and is often used inside Clay. Lusha is a contact database with a Chrome extension, strongest on direct dials.
